Field Dietetics offers individual nutrition counselling to help you meet your goals . We start with a 60 minute consultation to understand why you’re here and develop an initial plan. Follow-up sessions are 30-60 minutes and sessions depending on your needs.

About Jane
With an impressive background that spans almost two decades, Jane brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her practice. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Master's degree in Public Health along with training in psychology and motivational interviewing. Jane is a credentialed dietian with Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
Jane has developed a profound passion for supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. She has much personal and professional experience working with children and adults with ADHD and eating disorders.
When not practicing at Field Dietetics she holds a position as a Senior Mental Health Dietitian in Victoria’s public health Service.
